High Silo Farm began its journey of raising and managing heritage breed livestock in 2014.
We began with managing a team of ducks (Welsh Harlequin, Khaki Campbell and Silver Appleyard). Since then, we have transitioned to managing Muscovy and Silver Appleyard ducks for meat birds, and Silver Appleyard and Welsh Harlequin ducks as our combination meat and egg birds.
We have also incorporated breeding Ossabaw Island hogs and Chocolate and Bourbon Red Turkeys for meat.
Through a journey of great foods with flavor, our goal at High Silo Farm is to preserve the original meats brought to and grown in the U.S. from centuries past - 16th century or about 600 years ago!
What you eat is an experience to enjoy and we are here to but premium quality and flavorful meats and food on your plate!
Every meal should not just be eaten, but enjoyed as an experience.

Our livestock are never treated with antibiotics, medicines, or harmful chemicals of any kind.
Our farmland and Market Garden crops are Certified Organic through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
